My item is faulty

Ive ordered the wrong size/colour

Once an order is placed we can’t make changes to the items you’ve ordered unfortunately.  Please email us right away so we can look into this further for you.

I would like to cancel the order i've just placed

We can do our best to cancel your order but we only have a small window to be able to do so. Get in touch with us ASAP so we can check it out for you!

How long will it take to process my return?

It can take 1-2 business days of them being received. We’ll send you through an email with all of the details once processed.

Why don't you ship to my country?

At the moment we only ship within Australia but please contact us for overseas enquiries.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

All shipping is Express Post, depending on the time of day it can be next day delivery, but we aim for 1-2 business days.

Do I have to contact you before making a return?

Yes you do! If you are not happy with your order, please email us for a Return Authorisation (RA) number and we’ll email you a returns form to complete to send back with your item/s.

When will this item be back in stock?

Please send us an email with the name/image of the style you’re after and we can check for you

How often do you restock items?

We will be replenishing our most popular items, as well as adding new. If you need an item by a certain date let us know the style name so we can check for you.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards through PayPal and we also offer Afterpay a buy now pay later option paying off your item(s) in 4 fortnightly payments. See Afterpay’s terms & conditions below.

Product sizing

As some of the products can have a different fit due to materials, we recommend going with the size you usually are. We will disclose if a size runs smaller or larger in the product description. We do understand that shopping online can be tricky with getting your size right so we have no problem with you returning to exchange to get your size just right! The model in the photos is 163cms tall and is always size XS.

How long does my credit note last?

Your credit note will last 12 months from the day you return your order back to us.

How do I track my order?

Once despatched you will receive a tracking number via email for your order! You can track this on the Australia Post Website.
